WHERE? The festival will take place in Paris. There will be a meeting point, a place of encounters and information, the departure point where small scale interventions will be exhibited. The epicentre will be located in the "Point P" building, next to the Canal Saint Martin between Boulevard Richard Lenoir and Place Stalingrad. That building will be soon transformed into a cultural equipment by the City of Paris. Depending of the scale of the interventions, the festival will create a promenade between very different sites. The choice will be made according to their accessibility (by foot by preference) and their architectural potential in relation with a architect/artist project. A garden, a yard, a deserted factory, a theatre or a public building. In every case, the festival will try to avoid the classical exhibition places to open itself toward the city and its inhabitants.
